If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return merchandise purchased from mkatyanna.com by mail within 21 days from the date received for a full refund. Merchandise must be unworn, with tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip. Please note shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
All clearance and sale items are non-refundable. Personalized monogram items are non refundable. Items with prices ending in $.99, lingerie purchases are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
• Final sale items, clearance items, flash sale items, earrings, undergarments, beauty supplies, and gift cards may not be returned.
• Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
• Return addresses differ for select merchandise. Please follw the instructions on your invoice to ensure a complete return process.

The shipping carrier you use to return merchandise (UPS, FedEx, etc.) is up to you, but we strongly suggest choosing a method that provides tracking as mkatyanna.com is not responsible for lost return packages.
DEPENDING ON ORIGIN OF THE MERCHANDISE YOU ARE RETURNING, THE RETURN ADDRESS WILL BE LISTED ON YOUR INVOICE.

If your order was purchased with a gift card and a credit card, your credit card refund will be issued first.
If you are returning a gift, please include the packing slip provided in your package. You will be issued a store credit equal to the value of the item at time of purchase.
Refunds will be made to the original form of payment for all returns, including items received as gifts.
