Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-5 business days of purchase Monday through Friday. We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our overseas facilities and when they will be delivered to their destination. Shipping time will also depend on what type of shipping method you have selected. You will be alerted if an item is temporarily out of stock or is any other delay will occur immediately through email.
Orders placed on weekends, during major sales and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping time for custom monogram pieces may take longer, up to six weeks to ship, details of which can be found in the product description.
When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the shipping email. If you have lost your tracking number simply fill out a request form here and a customer care representative will email you with your information to the email address we have on file for you.
How do I know if my order was placed?
Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You may also get an additional copy of your order by requesting one here.
What happens if my package is undeliverable?
When a package is undeliverable or refused a return delivery cost will be applied by your chosen shipping carrier. If your package is not retrieved or you refuse the delivery of your order then you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
How can I have my order redelivered?
If you would like to have your package re-shipped, please contact customer care from our contact us page via live chat, email or telephone M-F 10am-5pm to coordinate shipping.
How can I cancel my order once it has shipped?
If you would like to cancel your order, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of processing your order.
